Corporate & Professional Pensions (C&PP SIPP) was a SIPP provider which allowed certain financial advisors to transfer personal pensions into their platform and invest in alternative or speculative, high risk investments.

These transfers were very rarely suitable for retail clients, and it was a failing of both the financial advisors involved and the SIPP themselves that they allowed clients to make these transfers without considering their personal circumstances or the effect it would have on their retirement.

If you transferred your pension to the Corporate & Professional Pensions SIPP, eitherthrough the advice of a regulated financial advisor or through an unregulated advisor, you may be liable for a claim as it is likely you would have seen more growth in your original pension.
